Reposición. El recurso de reposición procede contra los autos de trámite que dicte el ponente y contra los interlocutorios dictados por las Salas del Consejo de Estado, o por los Tribunales, o por el Juez, cuando no sean susceptibles de apelación. En cuanto a su oportunidad y trámite se aplicarán los artículos 348, incisos 2 y 3, y 349 del Código de Procedimiento Civil.
