º. Cuando los dividendos que reparta a sus accionistas el Banco de la República sean inferiores al 10 por ciento anual sobre el valor nominal de las acciones, la Junta Directiva de dicho Banco podrá asignar a los accionistas de la clase "D" un dividendo especial, hasta completar el expresado límite del 10 % anual. Queda así reformado el inciso 3º del artículo 2º de la ley 82 de 1931.
