Cualquiera persona puede pedir, fuera de juicio la práctica de inspecciones oculares para hacer constar, en lo futuro, hechos o circunstancias que puedan interesarle. En tal caso se seguirá un procedimiento semejante, con audiencia de la persona contra quien pretenda aducirse como prueba.
