Las Decisiones De La Junta Directiva Serán Consignadas En Acuerdos Firmados Por Quien Preside La Junta Y El Secretario De La Misma Y Se Tomaran Por Mayoría De Votos

Articulo 10. Las decisiones de la junta directiva serán consignadas en Acuerdos firmados por quien preside la junta y el secretario de la misma y Se tomaran por mayoría de votos.

Parágrafo 2

Los acuerdos se numeraran sucesivamente con indicación del Día, mes y año en que se expidan y estarán bajo la custodia del secretario De la junta; lo mismo se hará con relación a las actas.
