Antes de la expedición de una resolución distribuidora de contribuciones de valorización, la Dirección Nacional de Valorización procederá a dar publicidad a la zona de influencia fijada para la obra, a la cuantía total que ha de distribuirse y al anteproyecto de distribución de las contribuciones, y a la convocación de la reunión de los contribuyentes para proceder a la elección de su representante o representantes.
