Cuando existiendo acto administrativo en firme se interponga acción de tutela para obtener la pensión denegada o para modificar el reconocimiento, la Caja Nacional de Previsión dará aviso a la Procuraduría General de la Nación, con el objeto de que disponga una intervención especial de carácter preventivo o de insistencia ante la Corte Constitucional.
