El Inciso Tercero Del Artículo 49 Del Decreto-Ley 1042 De 1978, Quedará Así: El Retiro De Un Organismo Oficial No Implicará La Pérdida De Los Incrementos Salariales Por Antigüedad Cuando El Respectivo Funcionario Se Vincule, Sin Solución De Continuidad, A Cualquiera De Los Organismos Que Integran La Rama Ejecutiva Del Poder Público En El Orden Nacional

El inciso tercero del artículo 49 del decreto-ley 1042 de 1978, quedará así: el retiro de un organismo oficial no implicará la pérdida de los incrementos salariales por antigüedad cuando el respectivo funcionario se vincule, sin solución de continuidad, a cualquiera de los organismos que integran la rama ejecutiva del poder público en el orden nacional.

Parágrafo

Cuando el organismo tenga un sistema especial de remuneración que dé tratamiento diferente a los incrementos de salario por antigüedad, el funcionario tendrá derecho únicamente a los incrementos que dispongan las normas propias del organismo al cual se vincula.
