º. Para el otorgamiento de los créditos a la exportación a que se refiere el presente Decreto, el Fondo de promoción de Exportaciones continuará exigiendo invariablemente garantías o aval otorgado por establecimientos de crédito, que no solo garanticen el pago oportuno de las obligaciones, sino también el cumplimiento de los demás compromisos que adquiere el prestatario ante dicho organismo.
