Dentro de los tres meses siguientes a la entrada en vigor del presente régimen, cada Países Miembros designará al organismo u organismos competentes para la autorización, registro y control de la inversión extranjera y de la transferencia de tecnología e informará a los otros Países Miembros y a la Junta sobre esa designación.
