Art. 2.° Esceptúanse de la disposicion del artículo anterior, las fuentes de agua salada ubicadas en resguardos de indíjenas, las cuales pertenecen a los dueños de los terrenos, bien sea que hubiesen sido descubiertas ántes de la lei de 29 de mayo de 1848, i que se hubieren o nó rejistrado por tales propietarios los títulos respectivos.
