°. El artículo 2° del Decreto 246 de 1992, quedará así: " Artículo 2° . Con anterioridad a la realización de desfiles, manifestaciones y demás actos de carácter político a efectuarse en los lugares públicos, los interesados deben dar aviso al respectivo Alcalde, quien podrá modificar, entre otros, la fecha de su realización, de conformidad con lo preceptuado en el artículo 102 del Código Nacional de Policía. En consecuencia, las manifestaciones y demás actos a que se refiere este artículo, que se proyecten realizar durante los días 7, 8 y 9 de marzo de 1992, deberán trasladarse, por el citado funcionario, para cualquier día anterior o posterior a dichas fechas".
