LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.4.1.1.2.56. Licencias de Navegación de Carácter Especial. Las Licencias de Navegación para Oficiales Superiores a que hacen referencia los numerales 1 y 3 del Artículo anterior, serán de carácter especial y los poseedores solamente requerirán de un embarco de veinticuatro (24) meses desempeñándose como Primeros Oficiales Maquinistas para obtener la licencia de navegación de Capitán o de Maquinista Jefe, Categoría “A”, y el lleno de los demás requisitos reglamentarios.
