A partir de la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto y hasta la fecha que indique la Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil, la inscripción se llevará a cabo en el horario hábil establecido, previo diligenciamiento del formulario a través de los medios físicos o electrónicos establecidos para tal fin.
