Los residentes en el país deberán canalizar a través del mercado cambiario las divisas adquiridas por concepto de garantías otorgadas en desarrollo de sus exportaciones.

Las divisas destinadas a devolver las sumas canalizadas a través del mercado cambiario por concepto de exportaciones de bienes cuando el importador extranjero rechace total o parcialmente la mercancía, castigue su precio por defectos de calidad o incumplimiento de cualquiera de las condiciones pactadas, también deben canalizarse a través del mercado cambiario.
