Elevase a $ 120 mensuales el sueldo de $ 100 de los Directores y Directoras de las Escuelas Normales;

A $ 100 mensuales el de $ 70 de los Subdirectores y Subdirectoras de las mismas;

A $ 50 mensuales el de $ 40 de cada uno de los Profesores de las mismas.
