De conformidad con el artículo 225 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia, remitirá anualmente a las comisiones terceras y quintas del Congreso de la República un informe sobre los mecanismos implementados por las entidades vigiladas para dar cumplimiento a las disposiciones en materia de colocaciones sustitutivas o mecanismos alternativos para el cumplimiento de las inversiones en Títulos de Desarrollo Agropecuario.
