De acuerdo con el artículo 26 de la Ley 715 de 2001, el Gobierno Nacional establecerá una partida anual del Presupuesto para el pago de la bonificación para los docentes y directivos docentes pensionados que se retiren voluntariamente del servicio. El Gobierno Nacional reglamentará lo pertinente.
