Artículo único. El Congreso de la Republica de Colombia lamenta la muerte del General en Jefe del Ejército don Roberto Urdaneta, y reconoce con gratitud los servicios que presta la Republica.

Un retrato al óleo del General Urdaneta en sitio de honor se colocará en el Ministerio de Guerra.

Los gastos que impliquen la presente Ley se incluirán en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia.
