°. Secretaría Técnica de la CICC . La Secretaría Técnica de la CICC operará bajo el esquema de alternanza anual por las siguientes entidades: Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible y el Departamento Nacional de Planeación. En atención a lo establecido en el

Parágrafo 1

del artículo 7° del presente Decreto, la Secretaría Técnica de la CICC la ostentará la entidad que no esté presidiendo la Comisión Intersectorial de Cambio Climático (CICC).

Parágrafo 1

Ante la Secretaría Técnica de la CICC se presentarán los temas y documentos relacionados con Cambio Climático que se someterán a consideración de la CICC.

Parágrafo 2

El reglamento operativo que adopte la Comisión Intersectorial de Cambio Climático definirá las funciones de la Secretaría Técnica.
