Artículo diez y nueve. Cuando se diere a la publicidad la obra que se registre como inédita, ya se hiciere esta publicación en el país o fuera de él, se deberá dar aviso al Registrador Nacional de dicha publicación, para que éste la anote en la respectiva inscripción, siendo necesaria para tal caso la presentación de los tres ejemplares exigidos por la ley.
