, el cual quedará así: "

Parágrafo

Las EPS o EOC a las cuales se distribuyan recursos desde la Cuenta de Alto Costo podrán determinar los montos a su favor que se girarán a terceros con los cuales tengan una relación contractual, crediticia o bajo cualquier otro título legalmente válido que le haya servido en la financiación de obligaciones".
