Teda Apuesta Que Aparezca Hecha Con Lotería Distinta A La Autorizada Para El Juego Diario, Según Lo Dispuesto En El Artículo 9°, Constituye Infracción Al Presente Decreto

Articulo 20. Teda apuesta que aparezca hecha con lotería distinta a la autorizada para el juego diario, según lo dispuesto en el artículo 9°, constituye infracción al presente Decreto. Las entidades concesionistas, se abstendrán de dar curso a las reclamaciones sobre pago de premios en estas condiciones.

Parágrafo

Sin perjuicio de recibir las sanciones contempladas en este Decreto, el concesionario deberá reintegrar el dinero pagado por el jugador.
