Presupuesto y financiación. Las Escuelas Normales Superiores oficiales administrarán sus ingresos y atenderán sus gastos, a través del Fondo de Servicios Educativos de conformidad con lo dispuesto por la Sección 3 del Capítulo 6, Título 1, Parte 3 del Libro 2 del presente decreto.

Los gastos que ocasione el funcionamiento del programa de formación complementaria se atenderán con los ingresos que se programen en la sección especial independiente del Fondo de Servicios Educativos de que trata el parágrafo 2 del artículo 2.3.1.6.3.8 del presente Decreto.
