° Comisiónase al doctor Rafael Libardo Ardila Alejo, Profesional Universitario 3020 04 del Centro de Control de' Calidad y Metrología de la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, entidad adscrita al Ministerio de Desarrollo Económico, con el fin de realizar un entrenamiento sobre modernización de la metrología, que se llevará a cabo en el Physikalische Technische Bundesantalt P.T.B. de la República Federal de Alemania, el cual se realizará entre el primero (1°) de enero de 1984 y el treinta y uno (31) de mayo de 1985.
