Adiciónese un numeral nuevo al artículo 154 del Código Civil, como numeral 10, el cual quedará así:
" Artículo 154°. Causales de divorcio. Son causales de divorcio:
(...) 10. "La sola voluntad de cualquiera de los cónyuges".
