Diferenciación técnica. Los operadores de TPBC deberán identificar claramente activos y elementos que conforman su red, separándolos por cada tipo de servicios. De igual forma, los puntos de interconexión físicos e independientes entre las redes de cada uno de los servicios que presten, deben corresponder a puntos físicos determinados. Una vez efectuado lo anterior, deberán remitir la información pertinente a la Comisión de Regulación de Telecomunicaciones.
