El servicio de estadística del ramo de Correos será independiente, de manera que la Administración pueda reunir oportunamente en folleto todos los cuadros y datos respectivos y remitirlo a todas las Oficinas de la Unión Postal Universal.

El Gobierno queda facultado para organizar este servicio con el número de empleados que fuere necesario y con las dotaciones correspondientes.
