La marca sólo podrá ser traspasada con la industria a que pertenece el artículo para el cual se destina, y la venta de la industria comprenderá necesariamente el traspaso de la marca, salvo estipulación en contrario. Todo traspaso de una marca deberá anotarse en el libro de registro, y si no se hiciere la anotación, no tendrá valor alguno el traspaso de la marca.
