º . Precio y pago de las cuotas sociales en la Segunda Etapa. Las cuotas sociales que se dispongan en la Segunda Etapa se enajenarán teniendo en cuenta que la oferta de las cuotas sociales en la Segunda Etapa se realizará a un precio base por cuota social de dos mil setecientos setenta y tres pesos con veintidós centavos ($2.773,22), y serán pagaderas en pesos corrientes en efectivo o cheque de gerencia.
