° La Secretaría funcionará bajo la inmediata supervigilancia del Jefe y tiene a su cargo el reparto de los asuntos entre las diversas Secciones, previa revisión del Jefe, la notificación de las providencias que dicte el Departamento, la ordenación, organización y conservación del archivo del Departamento y los demás asuntos que le confiera el Director para asegurar la eficacia del servicio.
