A cada colono se adjudicarán siete hectáreas de tierra laborable. Pero si alguno tuviere familia y ésta le siguiere en su traslación a la Colonia, podrá pedir, y la Junta le deberá adjudicar , dos hectáreas más por cada varón menor de veinte años que se le asocie en sus labores. Si en dicha familia hubiere varones de más de veinte años, se reputarán colonos voluntarios, para los fines que adelante se expresan.
