Los Jefes ú Oficiales que gocen de licencia de convalescencia por enfermedad contraída por causa del servicio, podrán gozar de su sueldo íntegro hasta por seis meses, á juicio del Gobierno; mas si ellas provienen de mala conducta no tendrán tal derecho.
