Destinase la cantidad de cinco mil pesos ($ 5.000) moneda corriente con el fin atender al pago de los gastos ocasionados por el Primer Congreso Interamericano de Educación Católica que se reunió en Bogotá del 1º. al 9 de junio de 1945, por convocatoria del Excelentísimo señor Arzobispo Primado de Colombia, y al cual asistieron delegados de todos los países de América.
