Disfrutarán de la misma pensión mensual de treinta peso ($ 30) la viuda, los hijos legítimos o naturales, y, a falta de estos, los padres legítimos o naturales, de quienes murieron en la campaña del Sur, en los combates o a causa de enfermedades, por caso fortuito o por haber sido sacrificados por el enemigo, siempre que precarias condiciones de fortuna y buena conducta social los autoricen para solicitar esta gracia.
