SECCIONAL DE INSTRUCCION CRIMINAL DE CARTAGENA. Juzgado 4 de Cartagena. SECCIONAL DE INSTRUCCION CRIMINAL DE CUCUTA. Juzgado 4 de Pamplona. SECCIONAL DE INSTRUCCION CRIMINAL DE MANIZALES. Juzgado 4 de Manizales. SECCIONAL DE INSTRUCCION CRIMINAL DE MEDELLIN. Juzgados 6, 15 y 31 de Medellín. Juzgado 16 de Apartadó. SECCIONAL DE INSTRUCCION CRIMINAL DE MONTERIA. Juzgado 5 de Sincelejo. SECCIONAL DE INSTRUCCION CRIMINAL DE VILLAVICENCIO. Juzgado 11 de Villavicencio. Estos juzgados reasumirán su competencia ordinaria.
