Las actuaciones, audiencias y diligencias judiciales se adelantarán en días y horas hábiles, sin perjuicio de los casos en que la ley o el juez dispongan realizarlos en horas inhábiles.
Las audiencias y diligencias iniciadas en hora hábil podrán continuarse en horas inhábiles sin necesidad de habilitación expresa.
