º Para los efectos del numeral 6º del artículo cuarto del Decreto 2610 de 1979, cuando se trate de edificaciones que sean objeto de permiso en el reglamento de propiedad horizontal las normas de administración en él insertas, serán redactadas de acuerdo con un modelo general aprobado por la Superintendencia Bancaria, sin perjuicio de que otros bienes con destinación diferente a vivienda puedan acogerse al mismo.
