Las averiguaciones disciplinarias que al entrar en vigencia la presente ley se hallen en las Procuradurías Delegadas, Regionales y Oficinas Seccionales cuyas competencias quedan modificadas, continuarán su trámite hasta el fallo respectivo en los despachos en que actualmente se adelantan.
