De la cesación. La cesación de la condición de vulnerabilidad manifiesta se declara en el marco de un proceso de retorno o reubicación, frente al restablecimiento de derechos de las víctimas de desplazamiento forzado en virtud de la política pública de prevención, protección, atención y reparación integral, mediante la cual se establece que ha garantizado el goce efectivo de los derechos de las víctimas.
