El artículo 119 del Decreto 1651 de 1977 quedará así:

De quienes no podrán ser inscritos. No podrán inscribirse en la Carrera Especial de que trata el presente estatuto, las personas que reúnan los requisitos para gozar de pensión de jubilación, invalidez o vejez, o que estén disfrutando de cualquiera de las referidas pensiones.
