Supervisión del equipo técnico. El CARF tendrá a su cargo la supervlslon de los contratos de su equipo técnico, la cual podrá' recaer en cualquiera de sus miembros. Así mismo, el Comité podrá adoptar las decisiones administrativas pertinentes, con el fin de lograr el cumplimiento de los objetos contractuales.
