El monto que se autoriza para cada numeral de gastos incluidos en la presente Ley, debe aplicarse exclusivamente al objeto determinado en el texto del respectivo numeral, y no podrá excederse salvo que el monto de éste se modifique por medio de créditos adicionales o traslados en la forma autorizada en esta Ley.
