A la sanción de la presente Ley, el Gobierno Nacional, por intermedio del Departamento Administrativo de Servicios Técnicos organizará las comisiones de técnicos y economistas que sean necesarias, a fin de que adelanten los estudios de planificación y la organización administrativa y fiscal del Departamento del Quindío.
