El subsidio familiar de vivienda se entregará por parte de las entidades otorgantes a quien suministre la solución de vivienda escogida por el beneficiario, en la forma y términos establecidos en la reglamentación que para el efecto, expida la Junta Directiva del Inurbe y la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero, para las soluciones de vivienda rural.
