ART 307. Los hechos enumerados en los ordinales 2o., 9o. y 12 del mismo artículo y en el artículo 841 de dicho Código, no dan derecho á recompensa pecuniaria; pero el Gobierno queda autorizado para premiarlas con recompensas honoríficas, como ascensos, espadas ó medallas de honor, títulos de gratitud nacional, etc.; según la importancia del hecho, y la ciencia, abnegación y demás circunstancias que medien en cada caso.
