No se reconocerán otros ceses militares que los que ordenó expedir por triplicado el artículo 4° del Decreto número 779, de 23 de septiembre de 1904 ( Diario Oficial número 12258) para licenciar el medio Batallón Juanambú , y los que ordenó expedir por duplicado el inciso c) del artículo 30 del Decreto ejecutivo número 822, de 10 de octubre de 1904 ( Diario Oficial número 12200), dictado para dar cumplimiento al artículo 6° de la Ley 11 de 1904 , sobre licenciamiento de una parte del Ejército.
