Art. 2. ° La Junta de Comerciantes reunida en cumplimiento á lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, debe proceder á la elección del personal que ha de constituir la Cámara, el cual debe ser formado por los comerciantes que reúnan mayoría de sufragios, hasta la concurrencia del número de miembros que se determina en el artículo siguiente.
