º Para los efectos del impuesto que se liquida con base en el patrimonio los bienes vendidos a base, de pago de precio por instalamentos, se reputarán y declararán como patrimonio del vendedor, si éste conservase la tenencia material de ellos y del comprador, si esa tenencia material hubiere pasado a sus manos.
