º. Adscríbense a la Superintendencia Bancaria las funciones relativas al recaudo y manejo del honorario de que trata el artículo anterior. La Superintendencia llevará las cuentas respectivas por separado, y observará, en cuanto sea pertinente, las formalidades establecidas por los artículos 2º y 3º de la Ley 57 de 1941.
