El Ministro de Trabajo, Higiene y Previsión Social, efectuará el pago de esta suma al Municipio de Samaniego, inmediatamente sea sancionada esta Ley, tomándola de la partida destinada por el Gobierno a la campaña contra bartoncilosis.
